The licence
A Regular Licence covers one end product for one business, on one production domain. Development hosts do not count against it. If you intend to run Mr Whatsapp on behalf of clients and charge them for access, you need an Extended Licence.
The wallet
Wallet balance buys AI usage at the published rate card. It never expires. It is not transferable between accounts and is not redeemable for cash. Consumed balance is not refundable — that money has already been spent with the model provider on your behalf.
What we do not promise
WhatsApp can change without warning and can ban a connected number. We ship compatibility fixes as fast as we can, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation and we cannot recover a banned number.
What you must not do
Use Mr Whatsapp to send bulk, unsolicited or outbound messages. It is built to make that impossible, and working around it voids your licence.
